More Concerns with Design: (2) the high speed right turn channel and acceleration lane from the Powhite Parkway is incompatible with cyclists, pedestrians, and the neighborhood; they result in weaving problems for motorists; and the safety issue at this intersection, which has many times more collisions than anywhere else within the project boundaries, were not adequately addressed; (EVEN MORE TO COME).
